For certain items, you can order using the

You may start your order by adding selected items to the shopping cart.
When you are done shopping and want to checkout just go to your
cart and click the "Check Out"
button. The order is automatically placed
through the PayPal secure payment system. If the item is not a
shopping cart item,
you can call or email us, and we can take your order information
and handle the transaction personally. If you

or call us. We will get a reply to you within 48 hours.
Custom Work
Tell us exactly what you want and we can give you an estimate. You can provide the
crystal gemstone, or we can find it for you. The price of a custom piece depends on
how much the gemstone costs, what type of metal is used, how much metal is
used, and how much time it takes to fabricate
the piece. Prices start at $85 for a single-stone
pendant and $100 for a single-stone bangle. The
workmanship and materials are fully guaranteed.
Payments
When you order, you will receive a an email verification of your
order with the total cost.
When you use the shopping cart, you can automatically make
your payment with
Visa, Mastercard, American Express or eCheck through
PayPal
.
We will add $9 for shipping and handling to your
order and any applicable sales tax (8.0 % for Colorado
residents).
If you prefer to pay by check or
money order, send us an email of the item(s) you want
to order, and mail the total cost (plus $9 shipping and
applicable sales tax)
to our mailing address.
Please indicate your email address on your check.
Shipping
We will ship your order within 48 hours after verification of
payment (checks take 5 days to clear). We ship all orders
by FedEx or UPS Ground Insured (3 - 5 business days).
If you need it faster, let us know. We will add
the additional shipping cost to your order. We will email
you a FedEx or UPS tracking number when we ship your item so you can
track your package on the
FedEx
website.
Your Happiness is Important to Us
All items (except custom work) are returnable within 14 days, no
questions asked. Return the item in the condition you got it, and we will
refund your money minus the shipping fee.
If you find a structural defect in a piece, we will fix
it for free and pay return shipping. If there is something you
don't like in a custom design, we will do our best to change it
to fit your additional specifications.
